You need to tell me that you want this. That you want to start living again, that you're willing to start being sad less often, that you're ready to move on, and you just need some help getting started. That you're willing to at least allow for the possiblity of happiness.

Still no real change in my eating habits, but I’ve been sleeping until noon today and then I spent three hours in a boring class, talking about things I already knew and well, shark week is still on. But I’ll be detoxing on Saturday and Sunday, drinking only water and eating soup and then it’s back to full power on Monday. Pip pip cheerio!
